Sydney Peel elected to CCU's Student Government Association

Sydney Peel of Trinity, NC, was elected to the Student Government Association (SGA) at Coastal Carolina University.

SGA officers will serve during the academic year of 2018-2019. The new officers include president, executive vice president, finance officer and public relations officer, as well as senators for each academic college.

The mission of the SGA is to provide Coastal Carolina University students with representation, services and advocacy within the Coastal Carolina University community. The SGA serves as the voice of the students and acts as a conduit between the students, administration, faculty and the alumni.
