Shaleigh Phillips is candidate for graduation at CCU

Shaleigh Phillips, of Myrtle Beach, SC, (29579) was one of 300 students eligible for graduation from Coastal Carolina University at the Aug. 8 commencement ceremony at the HTC Center. Pam Martin, Ph.D., professor of politics and international relations, delivered the address, "The Value of your Degree beyond Graduation," putting it in a global perspective. She encouraged the graduates to apply their knowledge and skills to improve the world via the powerful opportunities that today's technology provide.
