Matthew Sherfey inducted into Alpha Kappa Delta at CCU

Alpha Kappa Delta, the international sociology honor society, welcomed three new inductees from Coastal Carolina University on May 6. Alpha Kappa Delta seeks to acknowledge and promote excellence in scholarship in the study of sociology, the research of social problems, and such other social and intellectual activities as will lead to improvement in the human condition.

Among those inducted:

Matthew Sherfey, a sociology major from Edinburg, VA.

Alpha Kappa Delta was founded in 1920 and have more than 120,000 members across 660 chapters.
