Courtney Bryant has been inducted into CCU's chapter of Lambda Pi Eta

2018 May 3

Twenty-three Coastal Carolina University students have been inducted into Lambda Pi Eta, the honor society for the National Communication Association. It has more than 500 active chapters at colleges nationwide.

Among those inducted:

Courtney Bryant, a communication major from Rock Hill, SC.

Lambda Pi Eta has more than 500 active chapters at four-year colleges and universities nationwide. Members were selected based on GPA and faculty vote. Lambda Pi Eta represents what Aristotle described in rhetoric as three ingredients of persuasion: logos (Lambda), meaning logic; pathos (Pi), relating to emotion; and ethos (Eta), defined as character credibility and ethics.
